Once the device has been turned to debug mode, it will NOT be able turned back to production mode. |
Step 1: Send the device’s SN (Serial Number) to the Sunmi support team and ask for the debug code. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a 4 digits code.
SN can be read from the back of the device.
Step 2Go to the Sunmi Jira portal: https://sunmi-1.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/50
Step 2: Submit a code request
Step 3: Fill the information of SN, what type of code (Debug code here). Once we got the request and approved, a code will be generated to send to the email address.
Step 4: After receiving the code, please follow the below steps to input and turn the device into debug mode. (Please make sure the device is connected to the internet)

Step 7: A dialog will pop up to input the debug code.
