Note

Once the device has been turned to debug mode, it will NOT be able turned back to production mode.

Step 1: Send the device’s SN (Serial Number) to the Sunmi support team and ask for the debug code. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a 4 digits code.

SN can be read from the back of the device.

Step 2: Submit a code request

Step 3: Fill the information of SN, what type of code (Debug code here). Once we got the request and approved, a code will be generated to send to the email address.

Step 4: After receiving the code, please follow the below steps to input and turn the device into debug mode. (Please make sure the device is connected to the internet)

The code is valid only for 24 hours, once it’s expired, please submit the request again

Step 5: Go to ‘Settings’-> ‘About device’

Step 36: Click the menu item ‘TUSN’ 8 times

Step 7: A dialog will pop up to input the debug code.

Step 58: Input the received debug code, and the device will be turned into debug mode.

Now you can connect the device to your host machine and enjoy the debugging.

Settings > About Tablet > SV version tap this x8 times.

For the P2 A11 , you must the follow these steps-

Settings > About Device > SV version tap this x8 times.
