SPBase.log contains more details that can help to do a technical diagnostic. Please follow the below steps to export the SPBase logs.
⚠️ Notes:
To get SPBase log, you have to install SPHS debug version.
Before getting the log, please delete the pervious transactions from SPBase.log.
Log Path:
For A7: /sdcard/SPbase/Log
For A11 or A13: /sdcard/Android/data/com.sunmi.pay.hardware_v3/files/Log

Connect the device thorough USB and turn on Android Studio
Open “Device File Explorer“ at left navigation bar
Find the log file
