KB: T2s/T2sLite cannot connect with WIFI hotspot

Q: T2s/T2sLite can discover the WIFI and save it but can't connect like below picture

 

A: T2s/T2sLite (with Android version lower than 10) cannot support WPA3. Please check whether the security authentication method is configured as ‘WPA3’ or ‘WPA2/WPA3’. Change it ‘WPA/WPA2’.
