How to check the DPI and Remote Assistance version(TRG)

Before all operations below, please make sure all devices are connected to internet.

  1. Make sure the devices are added to Jane

    1. Send a binding request to Sunmi Device Binding Email

    2. After receiving the message from Sunmi, go to the devices and select App store on the desktop.

c. Go to ‘me’ and find the ServiceProvider. Make sure it’s ‘Jane Technologies’.

  1. Check the DPI

    1. Go to settings - Display

    2. Make sure the Display size is customized to 160

  1. Remote Assistance version

    1. Go to settings

    2. Go to Apps & Notifications, find remote assistance and click it

c. Make sure the version is 4.2.1
