How to Set Up Kiosk Model

You have to add 'Remote Assistant' in the Kiosk Model at MDM. Otherwise, remote control function will not work because Kiosk App will end remote control server.

1, Log on to your MDM (Partner platform) account.

If you don’t have an MDM account yet, please go to: https://partner.sunmi.com to apply for one.

2, Ensure the device(s) are available and assigned under your MDM account.

You can send the email to ‘device_binding@sunmi.us’ and request to add your SN list to your account.

3, Go to Remote Management through ALL-> System Customization->Kiosk Model

4, Select a Kiosk Model app for one of the types of devices. The Kiosk Model app can only be happy to a type of device and cannot be set for a single device.

 For example, below are all my device types. Let’s set a Kiosk for T2s.

Press the plus button and assign one app to T2s.

5. You can set up password for exit Kiosk Model.

6. How to exit Kiosk Model?

Please hold ‘Power Button' until you see the below picture. Afterwards, click 'Exit Kiosk’ at top right corner

NOTE: If you want to use our Remote Control function, you have to add “Remote Assistance“ APK in the Kiosk Mode.
