How to get the APK log from payment terminal in product mode

  1. log in MDM account and going to access Remote Management - More - Get Log

  2. Get Log function is not free. Every month only has two terminals are free. You can purchase license for the reset of terminals

  3. Find the path and log file, then click “OK“

  4. After click “OK“, the log file will be downloaded to our server. You have two option to find the log and download to your computer

    1. stay the same page, you can click “Details“

    2. going to “Remote Recode“ - “Batch/Single Operation“; search your SN and click “Details“

  5. After than, you can use “Click to download“ to download the file to your computer.
