How To Remove an App From Blacklist

If you cannot find the app in the AppStore, the app should be in the Blacklist. User can remove the app from the blacklist. Or user still can add an app in the blacklist, which block the end-user to download the app.

Step 1: Log on to your MDM account.

Step 2: Device - App list - Show Blacklist

Step 3: In the 'Search Bar', type the app, which you want to use. Then selecting the app to click 'Remove'
